For further information or to make your booking, please call our dedicated Resort Reservations Team. They can offer all the advice you’ll need on arranging your stay with us and assist with travel arrangements.
Prices quoted are subject to rate and room availability. Rates are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without notice.
Full prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment can be made by American Express, Mastercard, Visa or Debit Card. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the service you have booked.
ACCOMMODATION – OLD COURSE HOTEL
The resort has 141 rooms and 34 suites. Eden Rooms and Eden Suites overlook the open countryside and Old Course Rooms, Old Course Suites, Fairway Suites, Deluxe Suites, R&A Suite and Penthouse Suite overlook the Old Course and the sea.
To ensure that your room is just right for your arrival, we request that guests check-in from 3.00pm. Of course, you are welcome to arrive earlier and we’ll be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready. On the day of your departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 12 noon.
We welcome children to the resort. Under 2’s may be accommodated free of charge when sharing an adult’s room, children from the age of 3 to 12 years of age can stay on an extra bed in a suitable room or suite at a cost of £45.00 per child, per night and children from the age of 13 to 17 years can stay on an extra bed in a suitable room or suite at a cost of £65.00 per child per night. Breakfast is included in the nightly charge for children, all other meals are charged as taken.
Any cancellation or amendments made within 7 days of the date of arrival will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Unless you have booked an advance purchase reservation which is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. In the event of non- arrival the full cancellation policy will apply.
We offer limited Dog friendly rooms subject to availability, please contact our Reservations Team direct to book these, there is a charge of £35.00 per dog, per night.
GOLF – THE DUKE’S COURSE
Golf on the Duke’s St Andrews and the St Andrews Links. Our team of Golf Stewards can give you all the advice you need on arranging your perfect day’s golf, including guidance in the traditional Old Course ballot.
Resort guests enjoy priority tee times throughout the year at our own championship course, the Duke’s. The Duke’s commands a spectacular setting above St Andrews with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside to the sea. Highly regarded as one of the finest heathland championship courses in the British Isles it is a ‘must play’ choice for any golfer. And with five separate tees at every hole as well as golf carts available all the year round, the Duke’s has the flexibility and challenge to appeal to golfers at every level.
Please note that there is a 14 day cancellation policy for all groups up to 12 Golfers. Full green fees will be charged if you cancel within 14 days or do not turn up for your tee time. For Groups of 13+ Golfers there is a 30 day cancelation policy. Full green fees will be charged if you cancel within 30 days or do not turn up for your tee time. If you wish to reschedule, then we will be pleased to accommodate where possible.
The Duke’s Course is situated in a Scottish Estate five minutes from the Hotel and there is a courtesy transfer for all resort residents. Transfer to other courses in St Andrews, the Kingdom of Fife and the rest of Scotland can also be arranged.
KOHLER WATERS SPA
Open 6.30am to 9pm daily (last entry 8.15pm)
Kohler Waters Spa facilities includes - 20m indoor swimming spa pool, a hydrotherapy pool for therapeutic bathing, experience showers and cold plunge pool.
Access to the spa pool and thermal suite only, can be purchased individually by Hotel Guests for £40 per person between the hours of 10am – 7pm. Between 0630-1000hrs & 1900-2100hrs (last entry 2015hrs) it is complementary.
Access to the spa pool and thermal suite will be included with the purchase of a 50min facial or body spa treatment or more.
Please book in advance to use all the Spa Wet facilities including spa pool as there are limited spaces available every hour.
Kohler Waters Spa offer a full treatment menu and day spa packages menu. Our spa treatment experiences carry a 24hr cancellation policy. Adults aged 18 years or older are only permitted in the Kohler Waters Spa.
Our Spa Café has nutritious and tasty dishes available and is open from 12am-4pm. (all bookings to be made in advance)
KOHLER FITNESS CENTRE
Open 6.00am to 9.00pm daily (last entry 8.15pm)
Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary use of the Kohler Fitness Centre which has a fully equipped gym, a range of virtual and instructor led classes, a 20m lap pool, and a hot tub.
SPLASH TIME - Children can use the Fitness Pool between 10am and 5pm if supervised by an adult. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the pool out with the above times.
Please book in advance to use the Fitness Gym & Swimming pool as there are limited spaces available every hour.
Fitness/Swimming/Gym Classes:
Check-In Time: We recommend you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your class start time.
Cancellation Policy:
Fitness Classes - We would ask that you give us at least one hours notice for a cancellation, otherwise a class charge of £5.00 will be applied. In the event of three no-shows you will not be permitted to reserve for the next two classes.
Age Requirements: All guests must be 16 years of age to use our Leisure & Fitness facilities.
What to bring:
Gym - Correct gym attire and trainers are to be worn in the gym when training.
Swimming - Due to chlorine only swimwear and not beachwear clothing is to be worn in the pool
DINING
The resort has 6 restaurants for guests and visitors to explore including the 3 AA-Rosettes, Road Hole Restaurant offering fine dining and over 200 whiskies, the contemporary Swilcan Loft serving an eclectic international menu with locally sourced Scottish produce and the most famous 19th hole in golf – The Jigger Inn, serving traditional pub food and its very own Jigger Ale. We advise that you reserve a table before arrival.
If you would like to arrange private dining facilities to entertain friends and colleagues or celebrate a family occasion, we will be delighted to suggest one of the fine rooms within the hotel and discuss and any special food and wine requirements.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and cancellations received within this time will be charged at £10 per person to the card on file. If attending a special event and a deposit was require to secure a table, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation regardless of date of cancellation.
Allergies
When making the booking please state any food allergies or dietary requirements that our chefs need to be aware of, to ensure we can deliver a first class dining experience.
GIFT CARDS
All gift card purchases are based on monetary values and can be used in any area of the resort.
Gift Cards will be mailed to the address provided by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For at a cost of £3.99 for postage. A signature will be required on delivery by the recipient. There is no charge for the collection or email gift card options.
Gift Cards can be re-used and topped up at any time, gift cards will automatically expire one year from the date of the last transaction.
HAMILTON GRAND
Luxury self-catering apartments located behind the 18th green of the Old Course golf course.
Check in at Hamilton Grand is from 3.00pm on the day of arrival, should you arrive before then our Butlers will be happy to store luggage until your apartment is ready. On the day of departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate the apartment by 12 noon.
Car parking for Hamilton Grand is located at the Old Course Hotel.
Daily housekeeping can be arranged whilst staying at no extra charge, please speak with the Butlers on check in.
In order to confirm an apartment a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is required 60 days prior to arrival.
Hamilton Grand apartments have a 60 day cancellation policy, in the event cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival the full balance of the stay shall be non-refundable. If cancellation is made out with the 60 days, the initial 25% deposit will be non-refundable but no further penalties will apply.
